Designing, transmitting and connecting: from building to thought.
Who I am
I do not reduce to a single profession. For more than forty years, I have designed, transmitted and connected: buildings, places, ideas.
I first learned to read matter: a civil engineering draughtsman, I cut my teeth in design offices and on major construction sites, alongside architects. But another attentiveness has always accompanied me: that of the balance of people and places; the way a space sustains or hinders those who inhabit it. Reading matter, tending to the balance of places: two sides of a single way of seeing.
This twofold attentiveness has carried my whole path: from construction to character real estate, developed under the Aubremont name I founded in 1998, then research on the dynamics that hold a collective together. Sageocracy is its written synthesis: a thought born of the field, never of paper alone.

More than forty years, a single movement. Here are the milestones that led me to the book.
The built, and attention to balance
A civil engineering draughtsman, in design offices and on major construction sites. In parallel, a long-standing attention to the balance of places and those who live in them.
Construction, from plan to field
Draughtsman, then plan design, land research and project support alongside architects: architecture placed at the service of well-being.
Founding of Aubremont
Aubremont is born of a conviction matured over the years: a place is never neutral. Quality homes, designed with an architect, attuned to their site and to the balance of those who live in them: a standard that would remain the house’s signature.
Character real estate
Aubremont obtains its professional licences and devotes itself to the transmission of distinctive homes and estates steeped in history. An internet pioneer, I extend its reach from national to international.
An international real estate portal
I launch an international real estate portal, run in parallel with Aubremont. With my son, a little under three years of design; a major software development firm, then others, could not deliver it. Taken back in hand by Web Harmonie, it is now fully operational.
Laboratoire Conscientiel
A research space on consciousness: attention, perception, human and collective dynamics. Without dogma.
Sageocracy
The book that gathers the thought born of this whole journey. Text completed in 2026; to be published in French in September 2027 by an independent publishing house.

It is from this conviction that the book was born. Not a utopia, nor an ideology: a proposal for governance by clear-sightedness rather than by power; the fully realized form of a thought born of the field.
